Animal Matters will help you help animals...

Animal Matters recently assisted a woman who contacted us via email regarding two Brittany/Aussie dogs who needed both heartworm treatment and adoption. She didn't have the money for meds and needed to get the treatment started. Animal Matters was happy to assist these dogs. We sent a check to the proper facility that was treating the dogs and they were good to go!

Here's how the program works: Just send us a brief description either via email or standard mail of the pet you have taken under your wing and what you're doing to find him or her a home. It can be one you found on the streets, one you're feeding in an alley or one you see in the shelter. You can do the following things to promote this animal: Take pictures of this animal and make promotional materials (i.e. flyers), place a newspaper ad, take him/her to the vet, and the like. Enclose receipts for your photographs, printing, vet costs, classified ads, etc. and we'll reimburse you as our funds allow. It's our small way to encourage you to help those animals in your area.
